Delete your Mestorio account

This page explains how to delete an account in the Mestorio app, developed by Rohit Borude.

Delete in the app

1. Open Mestorio and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, enter your password and tap Permanently Delete Account.

Deletion happens immediately. If you have a pending withdrawal, wait for it to finish first.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Mestorio account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we will complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile, login details and profile picture
• Posts, comments, replies, reactions, follows and blocks
• Quest submissions, proof photos and videos, and proof locations
• Crew memberships, crew contributions and health snapshots
• Vouchers, achievements, progress, notifications and support messages

What we keep

Payment, reward and withdrawal transaction records are kept without your profile for as long as payment, tax and accounting laws require. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Quests you created as a sponsor remain available to other users.
